I have gotten hold of a copy of this book, but not had a chance to read it yet. It's described as Arabic chick-lit. I'll get back to you on how I like it - but beforehand I can say that I find the main attraction of Rajaa Sanaa's book Girls of Riyadh to be that a young woman from the Arab peninsula can write and publish a book and have it translated for non-Arab-language markets to be an amazing achievement in itself - and highly laudable.
Tuesday update: Swedish radio here broadcasts a review of the recently published Swedish translation, where also the translator Tetz Rooke is praised.
