Literary award

Swedish radio has this week awarded their literary fiction prize to the young novelist Jonas Hassen Khemiri. Khemiri gets the award for his second novel, Montecore, which I have yet to read (but it's waiting in my shelf). He was also nominated to the August prize for the book.

His first book in 2003 "Ett öga rött" (One eye red?) was hilarious, not least due to his fantastic linguistic feeling, where the whole thing is written in spoken suburban slang.
