Middle East Studies

Lunds University in southern Sweden has just started a new Middle East Studies centre - as I understand it is is intended as a strengthening of previously existing research and teaching by joining them together by theme. The event was commented on by Expressen here. Present at the inauguration was among othe prince Hassan bin Talal, who was interviewed by Swedish radio recently.
